  4. BUILDING NEW PEOPLE METRICS DASHBOARDS IN TABLEAU AND/OR WORKDAY FOR CUSTOM ANALYSES AND END-USER AUDIENCES
  5. IDENTIFYING, PRIORITIZING, IMPLEMENTING, AND TESTING IMPROVED DATA QUALITY AND ADDITIONAL DATA CAPTURE OPPORTUNITIES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HR TECHNOLOGY, IT, AND FINANCE TEAMS

Requirements:
  • MINIMUM BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN AN APPLIED SOCIAL SCIENCE OR QUANTITATIVE FIELD
  • 7+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH HR, PEOPLE, AND BUSINESS DATA TO GENERATE CRITICAL INSIGHTS (IDEALLY INCLUDING WORKING WITH GLOBAL DATA, LABOR MARKET DATA, AND THIRD-PARTY DATA)
  • ADVANCED PROFICIENCY IN BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE TOOLS (E.G., TABLEAU, QLIK) AND PROFICIENCY IN STATISTICAL SOFTWARE PACKAGES (E.G., R, PYTHON, SAS)
  • EXPERIENCE WITH GLOBAL HR TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS (E.G., WORKDAY) AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT FOR REPORTING IS ALSO REQUIRED
