- ADVANCED PROFICIENCY IN BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE TOOLS (E.G., TABLEAU, QLIK) AND PROFICIENCY IN STATISTICAL SOFTWARE PACKAGES (E.G., R, PYTHON, SAS)
- EXPERIENCE WITH GLOBAL HR TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS (E.G., WORKDAY) AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT FOR REPORTING IS ALSO REQUIRED
