Job Overview:

We are seeking a candidate who can manage billing documents, correct errors, and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. You will also investigate systems to prevent future billing inconsistencies and work closely with the billing team.

  • Manage billing documents and correct errors by issuing credit/debit notes.

  • Provide top-notch customer service on the phone and via email.

  • Support the billing team in investigating systems to prevent future billing inconsistencies.
