As a seasoned rail professional, you will play a key role in shaping Ireland's rail network by delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive major projects across Ireland, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of major rail projects in Ireland, providing strategic direction and technical leadership for infrastructure, signalling, electrification, and rolling stock initiatives.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, and develop and implement project strategies that align with sustainability and carbon reduction goals.
  • Lead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and securing contracts, while managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial constraints.

Requirements include Chartered Engineer status or working towards it (preferred), a minimum of 10 years of experience in the rail industry, with a strong track record in project leadership and delivery, and in-depth knowledge of Irish rail infrastructure, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
