Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to support our team in delivering our core activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our members, ensuring the smooth operation of our program and events, and providing excellent customer service.

This role requires a strong communicator with excellent administration skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and possess a high level of empathy and understanding of the needs of artists and organizations.

The position involves acting as the key point of contact for our members, maintaining our membership database, and ensuring that all relevant systems are up-to-date. The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing membership applications, securing renewals, and evaluating our member offer based on feedback from the sector.

In addition, the role requires representing us at national and international events, coordinating artist support and sessions, and managing bookings and studio sharings. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with our members and ensure their needs are met
  • Manage our membership database and ensure all relevant systems are up-to-date
