The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and a passion for building and coaching sales teams to success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy that aligns with company growth goals
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships
  • Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee pipeline development and forecasting, ensuring consistent deal flow and accurate revenue projections
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve the sales process, leveraging data and analytics to increase efficiency and win rates
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate key industries
