About This Role

You will lead a key portfolio driving business growth and excellence in account management. Your focus will be on agreeing strategic plans to drive maximum exposure for our portfolio and enhancing profitability, while aligning with your customers' objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Align overall account objectives with company goals.
  • Develop and implement business strategies for your account base.
  • Interpret market insights to create mutual opportunities for the company and its customers.
  • Regularly review product ranges using category insight and market trend data.
  • Promotional proposals and reviews aligned with the annual plan.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure knowledge of customer ranges and promo mechanics.
  • Analyze sales reports and negotiate corrective action to track within budget.
  • Review logistics reports to monitor stocks/sales and ensure best-in-class service levels.
  • Deliver on brand objectives within your customer base.
  • Internal and external networking to maximize sales opportunities.
About You
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of key metrics for sustainable growth.
  • Ability to use insight to grow business and align with customer needs.
  • Complexity management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
  • Driving License.
