Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
You will respond to customer inquiries about property facilities, services, and room accommodations, providing accurate and helpful information to support our vision of being the world's favourite travel company. You will also handle incoming contacts for a variety of Marriott brands and assist customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be adaptable, and enjoy working in a diverse environment. You will also be able to build rapport easily and identify customer reservation needs to maximise revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with properties and related company contacts.
- Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests.
- Apply sales techniques to maximise revenue and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
