As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of account executives, driving revenue growth, and expanding Rippling's presence in the European market.

As our Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling the business across EMEA, leveraging your expertise in tech sales and experience in growing teams. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing, coaching, and developing a team of account executives to achieve monthly targets and exceed sales quotas.
  • Assisting your team in understanding customer needs and mapping them to the value of Rippling's solutions.
  • Monitoring sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting to ensure quota attainment.
  • Leading regular reporting and analysis of team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity, and implementing changes to drive growth.
  • Participating in the hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales leadership, with 3-5 years of experience in tech sales.
  • Experience scaling businesses across the EMEA region, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • The ability to accurately forecast team performance and drive growth.
  • A motivated and driven approach, with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
