As a Mid-Market Sales Professional, you will be a key member of our team, leading the growth and retention of our existing business in Continental Europe.

**Your Role**

You will be responsible for managing the book of existing business, building relationships with our Mid-Market customers, and ensuring revenue growth and customer retention. You will work closely with current customers to understand their business pains and provide solutions based on our platform to alleviate them.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the book of existing business to build relationships with Intercom's Mid-Market customers
  • Work with current customers to understand their business pains and provide solutions
  • Develop strategic territory plans to identify opportunities for proactive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion to new business units
  • Develop advanced knowledge of your customers' businesses and goals while accurately forecasting sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Field Marketing, Product, and other teams to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction
  • Track and report all key metrics related to customer growth, retention, and Intercom product usage growth

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing B2B sales role, Mid-Market/Enterprise experience is an advantage
  • 3+ years of SaaS selling experience; similar products, CS, CX, CRM background is an advantage
  • Strong sales skills instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota consistently
  • Ability to build and maintain deep client relationships across levels in complex organizations
  • Demonstrable history of proactive pipeline generation and book of business management
