Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Employer Relations Executive. This is a key role that requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate succinctly, and excellent organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the ER team to conduct research and track market trends in service delivery and innovations.
  • Work with the Ibec implementation team to improve information, systems, and process efficiency for Knowledge Centre service delivery.
  • Develop a customer service journey to ensure optimum access and service delivery through process improvement.
  • Share specialist knowledge and emerging trends in employment across the organisation.
  • Produce PowerBI reporting for teams to inform collective decision making on future work programmes.
  • Support the development of KPIs for Knowledge Centre and provide specialist employment law and human resources support to members.
  • Track and amend information content for accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law, industrial relations, and human resource developments.
  • Contribute to the development of HR Services within the division.
  • Develop written contributions for publications and present on various topics.
  • Support the delivery of Academy training courses and HR forum events.
Requirements
  • Human Resource/Industrial Relations/Employment Law related qualification preferred.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience.
Knowledge
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law, Human Resources, and Industrial Relations.
  • Understanding of Industrial Relations and Human Resource developments in Ireland and globally.
  • Familiarity with third-party employment institutions in Ireland.
  • Competitive and regulatory issues facing business in Ireland.
Experience
  • A sound working knowledge of industrial relations institutions and trade union negotiations.
  • Interfacing with senior executives and working in a representative capacity for business.
  • Working in a team environment.
