Job Title:

A dynamic coordinator role awaits an exceptional individual who can manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with a high-performance team.

This is a pivotal position that requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of training programs across various functions.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in customer service, scheduling, or project management and possess strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Client Engagement & Learner Applications: Respond to training leads and enquiries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently, supporting learners throughout their course lifecycle from onboarding to certification.
  • Project Support: Coordinate and execute training programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cross-functional objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate documentation, including program design, delivery, and assessment.
  • Provide support as needed to achieve client and internal goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication among team members, clients, learners, and tutors.
  • Update the Team regularly on project progress.
  • Resource Management: Maintain a varied tutor panel, ensuring the right people are in place for program delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Training Team to align goals with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to address challenges and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with requirements and standards throughout the project lifecycle, including learner applications, documentation control, tracking, and reporting.
Requirements & Benefits
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar discipline.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a customer service, scheduling, or project management role.
  • Desired: FE/HE Programme development experience.
