Project Scheduler Specialist

As a seasoned Project Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our high-profile project. This dynamic construction initiative presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive progress and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and implement detailed project schedules across all phases and disciplines, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize inputs, guarantee accuracy and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations and recommend corrective actions, thereby maintaining schedule integrity and quality.
  • Design, implement and manage comprehensive progress measurement systems, providing actionable insights and data-driven decision support.
  • Present schedule updates and control procedures to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency and confidence.
  • Analyze schedule data using advanced filters, lookaheads, histograms and S-curves, thereby informing strategic decisions and optimizing project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience in project scheduling and management.
  • 4–5 years' experience in a planning or project coordination role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera, with expertise in leveraging these tools to optimize project workflows and outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including site logistics, resource allocation and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
