Job Title: Material Handling Specialist

 

The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficient receipt, handling, and storage of bulk raw materials to support continuous production.

 

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary package with various benefits including KPI bonuses, paid annual leave, pension scheme after one year of service, death in service insurance, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, tracking usage, and supporting production demand.
  • Inspecting incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Operating forklifts and other equipment to move and store materials efficiently.
  • Liaising with suppliers, production, and internal teams to resolve supply issues.
  • Recording intake data, inspection results, and inventory updates accurately.
  • FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY STANDARDS AND CONTRIBUTING TO A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid forklift license or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and stock control.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English, with confidence in dealing with clients and suppliers.
  • High attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Integrity, dependability, and a results-oriented mindset.
