Warehouse and Dispensing Operations Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of critical investment projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:- Manage warehouse and dispensing activities, including incoming goods receipt, RM sampling, and put-away.
- Support site for material distribution to internal customers, such as manufacturing, labs, MS&T.
- Operate key warehouse/dispensary equipment, reach truck, VNA, motorised pallet trucks, Downflow Booth, Scales, Drum tippers, etc.
- Utilize COMET (SAP) system to track inventory, MES system within dispensary operation, and LIMS system for sampling operations.
- Initiate and promote continuous improvements and process improvements within warehouse/dispensary operations area.
- Proactively seek opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity, e.g., reduction in consumable spend, improved scheduling, trusted dispense opportunities, etc.
Requirements include a Level 6 qualification in a related discipline, experience in warehouse, dispensary, logistics, or manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry, and training on various types of forklifts and equipment.
