As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain relationships with Works Councils, unions, and other employee/labour representatives, driving business objectives and ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with business objectives
- Engage and support cross-functional partners and business leaders on industrial relations matters
- Collaborate with local authorities and Work Councils to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and training to employees on industrial relations best practices
- Analyze and report on industrial relations trends and insights

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations, with industrial relations experience
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining positive relationships with Works Councils, unions, and other employee/labour representatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex industrial relations landscapes
