Job Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Strategic Partnership Lead to join our team at An Post. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategically important customers in the retail sector.

Your Key Objectives:

  1. To develop and implement effective strategies to meet the business requirements of our key customers in the retail sector.
  2. To build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and key decision-makers within each strategic account.
  3. To identify and develop business opportunities which deliver and generate incremental revenue and profit streams while improving An Post's competitive position within the market place.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain powerful business relationships with senior managers and key decision-makers within each strategic account.
  • Work collaboratively with peers in Commercial, Retail, and An Post Group to generate substantial responses to business challenges faced and resolve any operational issues that arise.
  • Presentation of sales, revenue reports, and forecasts to the management team in a timely manner to keep them informed of the status of accounts.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years' experience managing major account relationships, preferably in the financial services sector. You will possess proven experience in customer acquisition and have a strong market knowledge of consumer banking. You are results-focused and highly motivated, a self-starter with a strong strategic outlook who consistently strives for continuous improvement.
