Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Payment Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Job Description:

The Customer Payment Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving their queries and complaints, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be fluent in the Irish language and have previous experience working in a similar environment.

In this role, you will also be responsible for contacting customers who have outstanding debt on their account, setting up payment plans, and taking payments from customers. You will need to have excellent organizational skills and be able to work to stringent customer service SLA's and KPI's.
