Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance tests and inspections of our products. This will include but not limited to carrying out product audits, managing the NCM system, and conducting product failure analysis.

You will also be responsible for supporting the development and documentation of systems and procedures to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and customer requirements. Additionally, you will conduct systems audits to test compliance of management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out quality assurance tests and inspections of products
  • Manage the NCM system
  • Conduct product and component failure analysis
  • Support the development and documentation of systems and procedures
  • Conduct systems audits to test compliance of management systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a good command of the English language, both written and oral. Knowledge of electronics, Arduino development systems or similar is an advantage. Working to ISO 9001:2015 is desirable. Teamwork mentality and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Other Duties:

Other duties may be assigned to you by the Quality Manager. These may include supporting other Marco sites and suppliers, resolving problems indirectly or directly through site visits, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
