Residential Construction Management Position

We are seeking a skilled Site Development Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale residential projects.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Leaders to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate day-to-day development activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyse and interpret technical documents, reporting errors/omissions to the design team promptly.
- Maintain high-quality construction workmanship and materials, recording information on our document control system.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Support Health & Safety and quality management on site.
- Lead site set-out operations and liaise with subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate site records and collaborate with the commercial team for resource allocation.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a senior engineering role on large-scale projects.
- Fully qualified Irish driver.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience using construction document control systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
