Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a seamless work environment and maintaining company standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests and employees
  • Prepare and distribute access cards
  • Book meetings and manage conference rooms
  • Log and track deliveries and packages
  • Keep the reception area tidy
  • Arrange couriers and building service-related phone calls
  • Provide general administrative support

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicate with building engineers on service requests
  • Maintain company standards in daily operations
  • Clean and neat physical appearance of the office
  • Respond to employee's office needs
  • Review conference rooms set ups and clean up after meetings and events
  • Coordinate new hires' logistics
  • Ensure office supply and kitchen areas are well-stocked
  • Review CSRE related quotes and invoices
  • Assistance in organizing company events and conferences
