Facilities Administrator Job Description

This role is focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life's journey. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.

The Role
  • Act as first point of contact for all incoming queries (phone, email, face to face).
  • Front office meeting, greeting and signing in of internal and external visitors.
  • Contribute to planning and executing engaging events to foster a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Manage planned, preventative and reactive maintenance for the building, liaising with contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain Health & Safety standards and procedures for the building.
  • Manage courier system including arranging vendors, post and packaging.
  • Perform various administrative tasks.
  • Order stationery, office supplies and consumables using Ariba/SAP systems.
  • Support PAs on site.
  • Credit control – processing timely payment of invoices.
  • Other ad hoc projects as required.
Key Skills
  • Prior experience in a busy office environment.
  • Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with SAP and Ariba systems advantageous.
  • Excellent English verbal, conversational and written skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple calls.
  • A self-starter with excellent initiative.
  • High level of professionalism essential.
  • Collaborative working within a global business environment.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Self-managing with energy, enthusiasm and drive to improve.
  • Strong prioritizing skills taking on challenges as opportunities.
