Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced planning professional to join our team in a major expansion project based in the Munster region of Ireland. The manufacturing site is located just 20 minutes from the nearest international airport, making it an ideal location for those wishing to commute.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing planning, reporting, and analytical tools for the Tech Ops organisation.

  • Chair weekly planning and scheduling focused meetings.
  • Track and control plan vs actual.
  • Comply with current cGxP's (e.g., Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, etc.).
  • Maintain inspection readiness.
  • Develop clear and tangible work plans to enable technician execution.
  • Interact with CMMS system having ability to group and sort large data sets into executable packages of work.
  • Level load and resource planned work-fronts.
  • Highlight schedule issues and constraints and propose potential mitigations.
  • Roll-up and summarise detailed schedules — tailor for specific audience.
  • Establish KPIs and routinely track and report for the specific function you are working in.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in engineering or scientific related field or relevant trade qualification along with 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • May substitute relevant experience in lieu of educational requirement.
  • Proficient knowledge and use with Microsoft Suite of Software Packages inclusive of MS Project.
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle Primavera.
