Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a project manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing software deployments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project progress through documentation as per best practices.
  • Validate technical solutions via customer workshops.
  • Develop and manage implementation project plans.
  • Ensure successful technical solution delivery to customers.
  • Manage solution gaps and customer expectations.
  • Gather and assess customer requirements versus technology and capabilities.
  • Resolve technical issues related to implementation.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and customer go live.
  • Manage transition of customer to support teams post go live.
  • Coordinate and/or manage internal and external resources.
  • Understand customers' needs and work with the team to advise customers on how to best leverage technology and services.
  • Set clear customer expectations and manage scope of projects.
  • Complete projects on time and while delighting customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer onboarding, consulting, or technical problem-solving.
  • Experience leading software implementations.
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate high-level technical concepts.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office.
