Role Overview

Senior Engagement Managers at our company play a pivotal role in driving the success of complex customer implementation projects.

They oversee project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring they exceed customer expectations and are delivered on time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customers through large-scale project implementations.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for customers when they engage with our services team.
  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution and implement solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure projects align with both client objectives and internal goals.
  • Manage individual project profitability and commercial awareness.
  • Lead discussions to expand existing services engagements.
  • Support pre-sales teams in scoping and shaping future projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with Zendesk product knowledge and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Able to speak English and German to business level and deliver projects in both languages.
  • 5+ years experience in project management with technology or software projects.
  • Customer-facing experience in consultancy or Professional Services environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational capabilities and proactive approach.
  • Strategic thinking and good interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
