Executive Transformation Office Role

This is a senior-level position within our organization's Transformation Office.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Executive to lead strategic client transformation engagements and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategic transformation initiatives to drive business success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key transformation areas.
  • Communicate benefits and implications of initiatives to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to Business Analysts and project teams.
  • Assist with business requirements, testing, and development sign-offs.
  • Participate in client pitches, demonstrating transformation expertise and best practices.
  • Highlight risks, contribute to meetings, and report via the project manager.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading business transformation initiatives (preferred).
  • Understanding of technology trends and their industry applications.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate goals into actions.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Influencing and persuading skills.
  • Professional Certificate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree.
  • Client-facing experience in financial services (preferred).
