Job Title: Operations Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the online order processing, owning and delivering a first-class experience for customers and ensuring all orders are processed by the team within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Own the customer order fulfilment roadmap including training material, returns and exchanges, customer refunds, order tracking and parcels lost in transit, and account reconciliation.
  • Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service, putting the customer first always.
  • Supervise and develop the operations department, supporting the manager in managing team performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand product mix, new product launches, end of line products, and special offers.
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure site functionality errors or order fulfilment system errors are reported and resolved rapidly.
  • Manage operational reports, share insights with stakeholders, drive change, identify areas of improvement, and opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a contact centre environment.
  • Management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Results-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven coaching skills, leading by example with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Advanced influencing skills across various levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Highly resilient and resourceful, with the ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
