Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager will be actively involved in all aspects of operations from client program planning, development, and evaluation. This includes driving meetings globally, assigning action items, and establishing timelines.

The role requires a proactive and data-driven approach to delivering efficient services that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with clients to develop accounts and exceed their expectations.
  • Lead periodic service reviews with stakeholders and analyze trends to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Maintain global operations and processes according to required standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and investment value on behalf of customers.
  • Manage communication with staff, maintain knowledge of employee performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring effective implementation of projects and recommending improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Preparing documents for global processes and policies, making necessary recommendations to improve processes.
  • Ensuring optimal levels of customer services and providing efficient training to staff members.
  • Reporting on budget status and other financial measures defined for the customer engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience within the service management discipline.
  • Previous experience as an executive-level leader in a similar environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, including presenting to executive-level customers.
  • Demonstrable experience in automating and innovating processes.
  • Self-motivation and ability to take responsibility.
  • Able to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently.
