Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our new Service Depot in Dublin. As Site Lead, you will be responsible for shaping operations from the ground up and overseeing a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a service, repair, or logistics environment. Strong understanding of repair operations, inventory management, and team supervision is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all operations at the EU service depot, from setup to daily management
  • Oversee a diverse team across technical and administrative functions
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and monthly reporting targets are met
  • Manage staff schedules, priorities, and cross-training initiatives for seamless coverage
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, export control, and radiation protection policies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a service, repair, or logistics environment
  • Strong understanding of repair operations, inventory management, and team supervision
  • Experience managing budgets, service metrics, and operational KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use specialised systems
