About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland.

The primary focus of this position will be new customer acquisition and growth. The successful candidate will possess a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating the ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities while establishing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively deliver on revenue and margin growth in the private and public sector ICT markets in Ireland.
  • Generate, manage, and close new business wins from within our target markets.
  • Manage new business engagements including prospect identification, solutions definition, bid negotiation, pricing, and closure activity.
  • Work with the Pre-Sales, Services, and Project teams to develop robust solutions and Managed Services propositions.
  • Meet and exceed agreed monthly and annual margin and order intake targets.
  • Evaluate and enhance forecasting accuracy and maintain our CRM tool.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience and track record of successful new business solution sales within the ICT sector.
  • Commercial experience in an ICT environment.
  • Ability to work to a clear sales target and meet management expectations in terms of accurate forecasting and activity planning.
  • Curiosity around technology and its benefits for organizations.
  • Demonstrated creativity in new business sales approaches.
  • Educated to degree standard or demonstrated entrepreneurial qualities.
