As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading new product development initiatives. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues in Dublin and China to drive innovation and excellence.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of new product development, ensuring timely completion of projects within agreed deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the quality control and technical teams in Dublin to gather feedback and optimize product designs.
  • Maintain daily communication with colleagues in China to ensure seamless project execution and information exchange.
  • Review and provide suggestions for product designs, focusing on quality, functionality, and market appeal.
  • Assist in the management of product samples, ordering, reviewing, and cataloging to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform product development strategies.
  • Evaluate new product information from QC and NPD China, making recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Engineering, Purchasing, Product Development, or Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, is essential.
  • Highly organized with proven project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Task-focused with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving, delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
  • A self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
