Ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety and quality standards as a Production Maintenance Manager. This role oversees the maintenance department's resources to guarantee equipment availability for production when needed and deliver products according to customer demand.

The ideal candidate will lead engineers and technicians, responsible for maintenance, reliability, and spare parts for production equipment on site. They will also manage department budgets and inventory control for maintenance spare parts, coach and execute preventive maintenance strategies based on Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), Preventative Maintenance (PM), and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and providing training and coaching to team members in TPM, Planned Maintenance & Root Cause Analysis processes while maintaining efficiency at the highest possible level at the lowest possible cost consistent with prescribed quality standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for site maintenance KPIs, recommending improvements and desirable modifications in methods, procedures, processes, equipment, and layout, managing vendors and consultants to ensure contracts contain appropriate technical specifications, and authoring, reviewing, revising, or approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.

To excel in this role, you will need a BSc in Engineering, 10 years of maintenance experience, preferably in Supervisor or Managerial roles, and good written and communication skills to interact with all levels of management. CMMS knowledge (e.g., SAP) is also essential.
