Senior Milk Quality Analyst

As a Laboratory Specialist, you will work alongside dedicated laboratory professionals to carry out complex analyses for quality control and assurance in the milk industry. Key responsibilities include performing raw milk analysis using various techniques, completing all documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive raw milk analysis using advanced techniques.
- Compile and maintain precise documentation and records.
- Participate in internal and external proficiency tests and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain equipment, calibration, and laboratory hygiene standards.
- Escalate non-conformances or potential non-conformances through timely reporting and investigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or equivalent quality-related course.
- Knowledge of the Agri/Dairy sector is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to interpret test data and apply problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and dynamic with good organisational abilities.
