**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our team in Dungarvan. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out Chemistry and Microbiology analyses related to milk quality control and quality assurance.
The successful candidate will have a qualification in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent quality-related course. Knowledge of the Agri/Dairy sector is desirable but not essential. Key responsibilities include raw milk analysis using various methods such as FTIR, Gerber, Kjeldahl, LCMS/MS and rapid microbiology tests.
Key Requirements:
- A qualification in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent quality-related course.
- Knowledge of the Agri/Dairy sector is desirable but not essential.
- A good communicator and ability to work as part of a team.
