Leadership Opportunity

This role is responsible for driving business success in Europe by partnering with the Sales Senior Vice President.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes for Europe Sales, delivering accurate budgets, forecasts, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on regional go-to-market strategy and execution, supporting the development of territory coverage models, channel partner initiatives, and commissions plans.
  • Work with sales managers and sales engineers to optimize sales processes, tools, and systems, boosting team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Use sales and marketing performance dashboards and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to drive business growth.
  • Develop financial models to inform strategic decision-making around key sales and marketing investments.
  • Partner with leaders to implement initiatives that improve sales metrics such as customer visits, funnel creation, and conversion rates.
  • Travel within region to understand market conditions, customers, and opportunities to improve productivity.
