A senior-level role is available in the human resources department, focusing on administrative tasks and support for various HR programs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist in the administration of various HR programs, services, and processes supporting a specific region. This includes interacting with all levels of employees to answer HR questions and resolve issues while complying with company policies. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing guidance, and educating customers on HR services available to them. The role requires a positive, professional customer-oriented image and adherence to service level agreements established by the HR functional area.

  • Processes HR services requests such as leave requests, time & labor issues, and other data updates, including complex and non-routine requests.
  • Ensures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area(s) of responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience in human resources is preferred.
  • Experience in a call centre environment may also be applicable to this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex / non-routine inquiries.
  • Excellent customer service/client relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
