We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Millfield, Blackpool.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with legislation across our databases.
  • Lead the recruitment process for our site.
  • Complete onboarding procedures for new employees.
  • Support middle managers in conducting performance reviews.
  • Conduct 3- and 6-month probation reviews.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and complaints.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
