HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture and supporting both employees and management.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and at least 3 years' experience in HR administration or generalist roles.

You will be responsible for recruitment and talent management, employee relations, HR operations and compliance, and other tasks as needed.

  • Recruitment & Talent Management:
    • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
    • Coordinate engaging onboarding programs to welcome new team members.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Be the go-to contact for day-to-day HR queries and support.
    • Help foster a positive, respectful work environment through conflict resolution and employee engagement.
    • Assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures with empathy and professionalism.
    • Schedule and support employee training, including health & safety and professional development.
    • Support performance reviews and employee development planning.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Ensure HR policies align with the latest legislation and best practices.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems.
    • Monitor and manage employee leave, absences, and entitlements.
