About the Role

This position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a deployment specialist. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless software deployments and exceeding customer expectations.

As a deployment specialist, you will be responsible for managing software implementations from start to finish. This will involve working closely with internal teams to validate solutions, resolve technical issues, and guide clients through the go-live process. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating project plans, documenting progress, and delivering high-quality results that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage implementation project plans to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Validate solutions through client workshops and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful technical solutions to customers.
  • Manage solution gaps and customer expectations to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather and assess their requirements versus technology capabilities.
  • Resolve technical issues related to implementation and facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Manage the transition of customers to Customer Success and Technical Support teams post-go live.
  • Lead multiple software deployment projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Work closely with internal and external resources to coordinate project activities.
  • Set clear customer expectations and manage project scope to achieve desired outcomes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in customer-facing roles, such as consulting, support, or sales engineering. Your experience should include leading software implementations, managing client relationships, and resolving complex technical issues.

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations and build strong relationships with customers.

Your technical expertise should include knowledge of software configuration and platform integration, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is preferred. You should also be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
