Our Dublin-based services business is seeking a talented and results-driven individual on a part-time basis. A proven track record of generating new business within the B2B environment in Ireland is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, and use this information to develop tailored business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Identify client needs and pain points and articulate how solutions can address these issues effectively.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless transition from business development to client onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in outbound B2B telesales in Ireland is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels, are necessary.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships, are essential.
  • Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, are critical.
  • Highly organized time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, are required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
