Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization as a Project Manager, focusing on water treatment and pipeline projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key aspects of this role include strategic planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects with complex logistics, strong leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Project Execution: Oversee all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project life cycle
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success and minimizing losses

Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt to changing project requirements.

We are seeking experienced professionals with at least 8 years of project management experience in the civil or mechanical engineering sectors. A broad knowledge of public works contracts is essential, along with strong commercial acumen and IT literacy.

Previous experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project would be beneficial, but not mandatory. A third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline and a full Irish driving license are required.
