Key Responsibilities
  • Run day-to-day operations of an on-site creative studio, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time to a high standard of quality.
  • Develop project timelines, schedules, and plans, managing multiple workflows and deadlines.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and costs, making informed decisions to meet business objectives.
  • Analyse team data and produce regular reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with designers, creating and delivering high-quality designs and artwork.
Required Skills
  • A highly organised individual with excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams, motivating individuals to achieve goals.
  • Strong knowledge of digital workflow and printing procedures, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Flexible, creative, and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
