Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and be proficient in Revit and CAD software.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in the architectural industry and a degree or diploma level qualification in Architectural Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction documentation for various project types.
  • Translate design concepts into fully coordinated technical packages.
  • Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with building regulations, industry standards, and innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma level qualification in Architectural Technology.
  • 2-3+ years' experience in an architectural design consultancy.
  • Project experience should include residential, commercial, or education sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish/UK building regs and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience creating tender packages and technical detailing.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
