Highway Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Highway Design Specialist to join our team. Our clients vision is to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards of engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop large-scale highway projects from feasibility to construction, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare and review Traffic Impact Assessments (TIAs) and Mobility Management Plans (MMPs) for planning applications and master plans.
- Collaborate with directors, colleagues, and clients on parking ratios, bicycle requirements, and electric vehicle solutions for developments.
- Liaise with Local Authorities, transportation agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- 10+ years experience in highway design and management within a reputable engineering consultancy.
- Broad knowledge of highway design principles, standards, and regulations.
- Experience with UK and/or Ireland projects, including familiarity with local road and traffic design standards.
- Strong client-facing skills, with experience managing complex civil engineering projects from start to finish.
