Design Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Design Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist architects in the development of detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and produce high-quality construction documentation, adhering to client requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) to create 3D models, drawings, and documents, guaranteeing coordination and clash-free designs.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and verify that construction aligns with design specifications.
- Oversee projects from conception through construction phases, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Ireland, preferably in architectural technology or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit desirable).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional work quality.
