Customer Retention Specialist

As a key member of our customer retention team, you will be the first point of contact for customers who are at risk of leaving our service. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate with customers to renegotiate their contracts and reduce churn.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and contract details.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and minimize pre-churn.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
