Software Solution Consultant Job Overview

The position involves working in a hybrid environment, with 2 days spent in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be involved in workshops and demos, showcasing software capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise during sales pitches and pre-sales engagements, ensuring clients understand the value and functionality of the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with product development and client needs.
  • Support and lead technical discovery sessions with clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and propose improvements to technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SaaS Pre-sales/Solution Consulting.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and confidence when presenting.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms ideally in demo scenarios.
  • Awareness and understanding of technology and software (e.g., cloud computing – APIs and system integrations).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
  • Ability to work in Dublin two days per week.
