Job Title:

IT Solutions Professional

We are seeking a skilled IT solutions professional to work with innovative security solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting installations, managing technical support cases, and contributing to professional service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed troubleshooting of software and hardware issues.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to resolve reported issues.
  • Investigate and address challenges within cloud infrastructures.
  • Create knowledge base content to support clients and internal teams.
  • Document product issues with accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of database structures and programming skills (C#, Python, SQL, Flutter, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages an asset.
