Job Description

This is a pivotal role that requires leading a high-performing team in France. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within the French customer territory.

Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), as well as developing BDRs into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions.

The successful candidate will establish metrics for monthly objectives, empower team members to exceed objectives through coaching and creative incentives, and regularly report on team/team member results.

Additionally, the candidate will establish and nurture relationships with Key Stakeholders, work closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow-up and reporting, and identify areas for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior management experience successfully coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of Sales professionals to achieve performance goals.
  • A proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations in an individual contributor sales role.
  • Passion for building a thriving and diverse team.
  • Proven track record of creating and inspiring successful teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and build trusted relationships.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and French essential for this role.
