We are seeking a skilled and experienced Toolmaker to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality tooling components.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate tool production.
  • Operate manual and CNC machines to produce tooling components, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
  • Assemble, test, and modify tools and dies to meet design requirements and tolerances.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs on existing tooling.
  • Collaborate with design engineers and production staff to resolve tooling issues and improve tool performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments.
  • Skilled in machining processes including turning, milling, grinding, and fitting.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM software.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Toolmaking or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a toolmaking environment.
  • Familiarity with injection molding, press tooling, or die casting tools.
