Site Management Opportunity

This is a permanent position for an experienced Site Manager to work on a live site in County Louth, Ireland.

  • Oversee all aspects of the construction project ensuring timely and safe completion within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to adhere to the construction programme maximizing quality and minimizing rework.
  • Liaise with clients reporting daily progress including professional staff such as Design Team Members and Utility Providers.
  • Supervise contracted staff manage sub-contractors and labour staff on site.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections ensure construction and site safety are always adhered to.
  • Prepare site reports for the Contracts Manager ensuring all works are completed on time cost and quality basis.
  • Monitor progress meeting weekly and monthly deadlines ensuring work processes meet ROI building regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in site management.
  • Strong knowledge of timberframe residential schemes.
  • First Aider training and relevant CSR/CSCS Trainer to Site Manager Level.
  • Ability to work independently motivated to meet targets.
  • Analytical decision-making skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Excel PowerPoint and industry-specific software.
